when you get laid off at work, when do they need to pay you by? I've been waiting two and a half weeks and I still haven't received payment which is ridiculous. can anyone help or direct me to a link?

They should pay you your final check on next regular payday following your termination.
2 :
If are talking about your last paycheck the have to mail it to you on you next regular payday.
