Im 15 years old and i wanna be a bartender but i know i cannot legally be a bartender till im 18, im wondering when i can be come a barback or, even a dishwasher or w/e, any help would be great =]

Bit odd you can be a bartender at the age of 18 if the legal age to drink is 21 where you are. The way it works over here is you have to be the legal age to do the legal thing to serve it (in the UK). I should imagine you could be a dishwasher at the age you are now, I washed up at my parents pub when I was 13 years old. I don't think there is any age limit on that.
